(Roles and Responsibilities)

1. Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. Freshers can apply for the Role.
2. Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Inbound Sales / Outbound Sales / Telemarketing would be an added advantage. (Not Mandatory)
3. Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have superior people skills.
4. Strong listening, persuasion and presentation skills.
5. The candidate must be young, smart, active, having good convincing skills.
6. Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
7. The ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must
8. Fair knowledge of MS-Office software suite is desirable.

Candidate's Skills

1. New Account Acquisition
2. Tele-calling to fix new appointments and Lead Generation.
3. Interact with prospects through emails & telephone calls and generate qualified leads.
4. Calling & following up with potential leads.
5. Maintaining a detailed record of all the interaction.
6. As Documentation Executive, preparing project documentation along with developer's team inputs
7. Keeping every projects' documentation up-to-date.
8. Proper maintenance of documentation by following every protocols of it.
