Job Description

(Roles and Responsibilities)

1. Good verbal communication skills
2. Should have high grasping power towards client's requirements.
3. Good Listening and Convincing skills.
4. Interest over in learning new things.
5. Prompt in updating information to team head(s).

Candidate's Skills

1. Will be involved in project requirement gathering.
2. Monitor project progress keeping track of timelines and quality standards.
3. Coordinating between client and development team
4. Provide regular updates to the clients and be the primary point of contact
5. Visiting client's place.
6. Preparing the timeline and documentation for project development and maintaining it.
7. Suggest workflow improvements to help streamline processes using technology
8. Handling client's support tickets raised and following up, till the closure of the tickets.
9. Updating entries in MIS.
10. Updating the reports to management.
11. Added advantage - Candidate having two wheeler will be preferred, Client visit travel conveyance extra ( weekly payout)
